Many Knockdowns in Round 1

Some boxers managed to floor their opponents 2 or 3 times in a single
round. But in a recorded footage of a boxing match I once saw in
YouTube, I saw Marcel Cerdan knockdown Jose Ferrer 8 times in a single
round. This is most likely a world record for the most knockdowns in a
round.
